With multiple facilities located the UK, NRC is ideally placed to service the needs of our clients throughout the UK and Europe. NRC provides services within the Marine, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Renewable, Utilities, Civil Engineering, Local Authority, Government Agencies and Construction sectors.
NRC has an excellent infrastructure which expands to 6 sites in the UK. Other operational bases are located in Aberdeenshire, and Alness.
To service our Aberdeen based clients, we have a 4.9-acre office and extensive support services facility located in Oldmeldrum. Our Aberdeenshire facility is a custom-built facility. This office offers extensive office and training accommodation, lay-down area, warehousing, maintenance workshops, and an extensive concreted yard. Within this facility, NRC also has a dedicated area to facilitate theoretical/practical training and client demonstrations.
Based over three sites, our Alness headquarters extends to around 20,000m2. This incorporates a waste transfer station, office space, blast bay and paint shop incorporating overhead crane, warehousing, maintenance workshop, and lay-down area. Within this facility, NRC also has a dedicated area to facilitate theoretical/practical training and client demonstrations.

NRC has an established track record for delivering world-class training services for high risk industries across the globe. With first-hand knowledge of real-life emergency situations, our services include emergency response planning, drill and exercise management, safety and health audits and a comprehensive range of training in the areas of oil spill and hazardous material response, firefighting and emergency response.
We are a fully accredited IMO, OPRC, Nautical Institute and MCA training course provider along with delivery of US OSHA HAZWOPER courses.
In addition to running over 30 Emergency Response courses, NRC’s internationally experienced training team is also able to offer equipment commissioning courses and dedicated courses for specific projects and needs along with exercise creation and delivery. NRC supports it’s clients own internal training programmes by offering training exercises and review /progress meetings.
Further to this we routinely support clients with dedicated intensive training internships, mixing classroom learning and real-world applications of our services across many disciplines. NRC is also able to provide independent review and analysis of client in-house training programmes.
All of our courses can be presented in Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Turkish and many other languages if required with course materials translated. Where it is not possible to have a course delivered by a multi-lingual instructor, NRC can run training courses using simultaneous translators, ensuring we can truly teach across the globe.
