Meet Jeff Baker
Jeff is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of NRC’s RCRA Part-B TSDF located in Williston, Vermont. He oversees a team of customer service professionals to review incoming waste streams for proper waste characterization and acceptance into the facility, including reviewing QA/QC reports for waste received and addressing off-specification issues with customers and/or brokers. Jeff is also in charge of a team of logistics personnel whose primary function is to coordinate outbound shipments of waste from the TSDF for final disposal. On an as-needed basis, he works with State and/or Federal regulators regarding compliance, reporting or other matters.
His expertise has been utilized to aid with recovery efforts for both Hurricane Katrina and Tropical Storm Irene. He is currently studying to become a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager.
