Meet Mark Kelly
Enlisting in the British Merchant Navy at the age of 16…Mark has a quarter of a century of experience with oil & gas related emergency response operations, the first 12 years on rescue vessels as a medic and member of the rescue crew and the remaining 14 years focused entirely on Oil Spill and HAZMAT response.
As Vice President of Operations for NRC International, Mark is responsible for all operational activities outside the geographical area of the United States. This includes response planning, operational needs, training, tenders, senior management support, client facing and acting as one of the designated Incident Commanders for NRC on any response. Mark provides a senior point of contact and subject matter expert for our clients across all international business units.
His direct experience with over 750 emergency responses makes him a recognized subject matter expert in the design and delivery of response operation and training programs.
