National Response Corporation (NRC) acquires Water Truck Services, Inc. (WTS)
Expanding NRC’s broad suite of environmental, industrial and emergency response services throughout the Pacific Northwest
NRC is pleased to announce the acquisition of Water Truck Services, Inc. (WTS) of Sherwood, OR. Effective Friday, January 6, 2017, Water Truck Service and their experienced staff will join NRC’s nationwide footprint. WTS has been a valued contractor in the Pacific Northwest and for many years has been providing sludge and waste water transfer and disposal services. The acquisition of WTS will bring additional waste treatment and disposal capabilities to NRC’s business in the Pacific Northwest.
Founded in 1987, owner Bob Jonas has built WTS into a trusted service provider to the Portland, OR area. The WTS facility in Sherwood, OR has an enclosed transfer station with full containment capabilities with the capacity to fully process all waste product on site. In addition to waste transfer and disposal services, WTS offers sweeping, vacuuming, and other specialized environmental services.
